What it does (and when to use it)
Views are shareable visual surfaces — galleries, lookbooks, and product boards — that let you present generated content to teammates or clients without giving them full project access.Creating a view
- Open the Views section
- Click New View and choose a layout (grid gallery, lookbook, product board)
- Give the view a name and optional description
Adding content to views
- Drag images or videos from your collections into the view
- Reorder items to control the presentation flow
- Add captions or notes to individual items
Sharing views
- Click Share to generate a shareable link
- Set permissions: view-only or allow comments
- Share the link with teammates, clients, or stakeholders
- Recipients see a clean presentation without needing a Pixa account
