How to contact support

Email support@pixa.com and include:
  • Your account email
  • Device + OS (or browser + version)
  • Pixa app version (or browser + version if on web)
  • Steps to reproduce (if you can repeat it)
  • Expected vs actual result
  • Screenshots or a short screen recording
The more exact the steps (and timestamps), the faster support can reproduce and resolve the issue. If you’re reporting an API issue, email api@pixelcut.ai with endpoint + timestamp + response body (remove secrets).
